Everytime I excersise I see results in my
whole body except my abs I hated I know it
has to do because I had a 10pd child but
still I hate it I do a stationary bike and
bowflex I might need lipo.

Be patient young grashopper. Once your
weight is reduces in your thighs/butt, the
next major fat storage area is your
stomach and that's where it'll drop off
from next. You can't do everything at
once. One step at a time.

So is the stomach the last place we ladies
lose weight? That is unfair! I think
it's the first place we store it!
