Well it's me again " hi "
been up most of the night doing some
research on the net about my girlfriends
problem.
I think she has pre-eclampsia.She is
showing the signs of it
high blood pressure
protein in her urine
but I cant figure out why she is still
bleeding/spotting or having stomach cramps
with back pain. We went to the doctor on
monday night they checked the baby's heart
beat and did a few test's they said it was
normal but they never spotted she had
pre-eclampsia when I asked why she had
high protein counts in her urine they said
that was a good thing. They also checked
her cervix out and said it's still closed
I don't know if this is a good thing or
not. She is anaemic as well so they put
her on iron tables again. She is 6 months
now so it's nerve racking because we are
just waiting to see what happens I put her
on bed rest if this helps only god will
know but I pray until I get head aches
that everything will be alright.
I know every one is going to say go see
another doctor but here in the uk you cant
you have to stay with your doctor /
hospital even if they " useless " I would
pay for private treatment if I could but
that's about £7000 pounds now only being
20 is a bit hard right now to do that.
Should I just prepare for bad news ?? I
don't know
are there any people that have had the
same symptoms or been through the same
thing maybe you could give some feed back
please
thanks for reading
bye

You can demand a second opinion even here
in the uk .
Don't let your doctor tell you any
different.
You can always travel to any a&e and
get her checked out by another doctor.
Good luck.

It's good that you put her on bedrest. A
high protein count is not a good thing,
idk why they said that. Cervix closed is
good, it shouldn't be opening until close
to her due date. I will pray for you
both as well. Take care. I wish I had
more/better advice, sorry. Sometimes all
you can do is trust in god, let his will
be done.
