was just wondering if anyone uses these
excersises and seen results and if so
could you share your experiances and gains
from it?
I've just began doing them to try and
counter my 'easy nature' of comming.

Been doing them for years. Helps tonnes.
Every guy should do kegels and weighted
kegels.

If you experience any pain or irritation
from doing any type of exercise like this,
stop immediately. You can get
epididymitis and prostatitis from doing
these exercises. Trust me I know. You do
not want this. I am warning you. It will
ruin your life. I am 21 and I did these
stupid exercises and I messed my balls and
prostate gland up for over a year now, and
i'm probably gonna need surgery soon. I'm
not kidding. It is not worth messing up
your life man. I'm telling you. Learn
from my mistake.
