For the last couple months, my bowel
movements have been about a week apart,
sometimes longer. I workout everyday,
and eat fairly healthy. My friend said
maybe i'm not getting enough fiber. Any
suggestions? (i should also mention that
I am a college student and the healthiest
food options are not always available)

Read "cleanse & purify thyself" book 1
by richard anderson, n.D., n.M.D. It
will help if you follow the cleanse.
Also, try to eat a lot of fresh, raw
fruits and vegetables.
