Oh you will be able to see you baby at 12
weeks. At 12 weeks I could see everything
she was only like and inch long but I
could see her head and her little arms and
legs and the faint squggily line is the
umbilical cord. Just make sure that your
ob gets a good clear pic!

I had my fist u/s at 8 weeks, and it
looked like a little bean!! Lol!! It
didn't depress me, I knew I wouldn't be
seeing much....I had another appt at about
13 weeks and you can definitly make out a
little baby in there!! Arms sprouting,
and a head!! So cute!! Sorry, no chance
of finding out the sex that soon
though.....You'll just have to wait!! :)

Urggggggg!!!!!! I went for my
appointment, and the nurse asked me what I
was there for, I told her my ultra sound,
she proseded to tell me I was scheduled
for a physical, nothing about any kind of
prenatal visit!!! Luckily I saw my dc and
he did a doppler and we heard the babies
heart beat! That was very exciting!!!
But my ultrasound is now on monday! Isn't
there some kinda myth about the babies
heart beat being a girl or boy based on
beats per min?? Thanks for everyone
listening to my health forum session!!

Im not sure if this is true or not.. But
ive read in a pregnancy magazine that the
higher number of heartbeats means its
probably a girl and a lower number of
heart beats is usually a boy. Im not sure
how true this is.. But a lot of people
say its true....
What was your babies heartbeat?
