the Symptoms That Come With It Posted: 03-04-05 20:11pm
I notice the following:
- chest pains
- noises seeming louder than usual
- eye movements making me headachy
- dizziness
- insomnia
- tingling in the body while having an
attack
my chest pains have gotten worse lately.
Sometimes it's a sharp pain for just a
second and it goes away, and at other
times it lasts for about 5 minutes. When
i'm in malls especially, I feel like i'm
high because everything seems so loud and
really strange. I also get this at
school. When i'm walking through the
halls I feel like I just smoked pot or
something because i'm just so out of it.
I don't know if that's anxiety or not. I
don't think it's the lack of sleep either
because I get about 5-6 hours a night
which isn't too bad (note, i'm 15 though.)
