Birth Control Sideaffect? Posted: 03-04-05 23:06pm
I have recently started taking birth
control about two months ago, and I have
not felt like having any sex at all.
Whenever my husband tries to get me in the
mood I am completely turned off. Could
this possibly be a sideaffect to starting
the pill, and ,if so, will it subside?
Please reply. This is really starting to
affect our relationship.

I had the same problem when I switched bc.
You may want to talk to your Dr. And see
if you may need to change brands.. Each
brand and type has different strengths of
estrogen and progestin.
I hope it helps.

As mentioned, once you're finished this
cycle of bc try another brand. Birth
control pills can definately affect sex
drive. (both favorably and
infavorably..)
