Hi, i am 25 wks along with #4 and am beginning to have a lot of pressure in my rectum. It feels as though I always have to go to the bathroom. When I go it is normal it is just that I always feel like I have to go (especially when I sit straight up or stand up) anybody else have this problem?

As far as I know,this is totally normal -my boss is 8months and she's had these kind of problems (she tells me everything,i mean everything!!!) but if ur really worried,visit ur doc liz x
