My little brother was almost a "joseph"
but when my mom saw him she was like,
"he's not a joey, he's more of a richard"
and that's what his name is now, richard.
I love how mothers just know if you're
supposed to have the name they picked out
or a different one. I have my mind set on
like 2 girls names and 1 boys name. But I
know that if I get pregnant and the baby
doesn't look or feel like that name to me,
then I should name them something else.
Even if i'm not madly in love with it at
first, it's a feeling that you need to
acknowledge.

I came dangerously close to being named
diane. Ugh! She also considered erin
and emily, but finally decided on amy
elizabeth. Had I been a boy I would
have been zachary. Mom has good taste.
Lol :)

Heres a good story for you....
When my nan was pregnant with my mum she
wanted to call her sue, but her three
older sisters (who are much older than
her) thought that anne was a nice name.
Meanwhile mums grandmother liked the name
gai!!
So what did my clever nan do?? Added them
all together calling her suzanne gai!!!!
She has always been called gai since she
was a little girl though (my
great-grandmother got her way in the
end)!!Lol

My best friend told me the story of how
she was named. Her mom either hadn't
bothered to name her before she was born
or couldn't decide on a name. As soon as
she was born they asked her mom what her
name was so they could put it on her
records. So, she looked out of the
hospital window and named her after the
first two things she saw: a robin (bird)
and a ray of sunshine. Robin rae! I
always though it was kind of neat. :d

I was going to be either charlie, if I
were a boy or renee. Then at my mom's
baby shower, someone told her about lisa
marie presley and she went with lisa
marie. I like my name. My brother
ended up being the 7th charlie in our
family!
