Ok I have started to love walking again.
I also recently bought a weight bench.
But!!!!!!! What targets what??? My legs
are already very muscular. Its my butt,
inner thighs,lower stomach, and my bicepts
I need to target. (pretty much I am a
mess!) how, or where do I learn about
targeting these areas??

Age / weight / height / gender / diet.
What weights do you have? How many
pounds total? Do you have dumbells or
barbells or both? Is it just a bench or
does it have any attachments?
Let me know what you have at your disposal
and i'll tell you how to use it.
