Hi, I found out last week I was 4-5 weeks pregnant. I had symptoms of pregnancy (sore breast, morning sickness, excessive hunger, tenderness) and now it's all gone. I haven't had any bleeding or anything... Is it possible I misscarriaged??

They say (whomever "they" are)....That the lack of symptoms doesn't necessarily mean a miscarriage.....Maybe symptoms are just changing...It's been known to happen....My symptoms are so different from the last time, I just keep peeing on a stick, or checking with my gp......Hope it works out for you!

Some woman simply do not have symptoms or have them in their mind they have the mind set that they are pregnant and then being sick or grumpy or tired... I didnt have any versions of morning sickness during my pregnancy.. If you are truly worried that you did indeed have a miscarriage schedule an appt (the average woman usually has her appt at 6 weeks) so schedule an appt for some blood work and a cervical exam by your doc and/or gyno

I didn't have symptoms till around the beginning of the third month....Minor pains and pressure in my abdomen. After a while of that it all seemed to go away....And I didn't believe I was pregnant because I didn't feel any different from before. As I went into my second trimester I started having more morning sickness and my belly is getting big and having stretch marks on them. My mother said it's normal for symptoms to take a "vacation".

Try not to worry some people are really lucky and sail through pregnancy with very few or no symptoms
