When I get up in the morning I have an urge to go to the toilet. And when I end up vomiting (sorry if it's too graphic)
there's blood in there. Is that normal. I always tend to eat some kind of crackers when i'm feeling like this and the feeling goes away. This just started happening to me morning sickness and all.

Some advice please :?
