Can someone tell me if sinus pain can
occur on the top of the head. I have had
a sinus congestion the last few days and
my nose is stuffed along with my ears. I
also ( beside the facial pain and
pressure) have pain on the top of my head.

I 've had countless sinusitis attacks
never a headache as you describe it.
Always frontal and facial pain

Yes I had a sinus congestion fo almost a
month and a bad bad sinus headache on my
left side of my head the top the right the
back all over fo 3 weeks. Take tylenol
flu night time it makes you sleepy, and I
had some cephalexin 500mg that the doctor
gave me to.
