Are you a beginer? Your body may have simply not adjusted to having sex yet? Or he could be "big" or you could have hit something usually if you are pregnant it takes till about the 2nd trimester for sex to be 100% uncomfy or painful

He could have hit your cervix (which happens commonly and is quite painful) or he could have been rubbing in a way that irritated your uterus which can also be painful. You could have a tipped uterus which is also very painful and that pain can usually be avoided by trying different positions. Are you on the pill, or did he just use a condom? You could not be getting your period due to stress, or if you are on the pill it could have something to do with the way the pill is affecting your body. Either way, if you don't get your period in a little while and if the pain persists during intercourse you should see a doctor. Now that you are sexually active you need to start getting your papsmears and std tests at least annually, and you can get birth control while you are there if you want to. That way if the condom rips or something you will still have some kind of protection working.
