Day Or Two Before Period Is Supposed to Start... Question Posted: 03-16-05 22:25pm
Hi everyone! This is our first month
ttc. I've been having real light cramping
for about a week and 1/2, which I thought
nothing of at first but then I read that
it could be my uterus stretching. My
cramps started getting a little worse
today (my period is scheduled to start in
a day or two), but tonight i've had a
little bit of brown blood, just when I
wipe. I thought it could be my period
just starting lightly, but I never get
that before I start. It's usually just
red. I know a lot of people think for
sure they're going to get their af and
then don't... Does this sound like that
maybe? I'm just curious because of the
brown blood.. Sorry tmi :) any opinions
would be greatly appreciated... I'm going
crazy over here waiting. Thanks!

Thanks for replying jlee.. This is the
best board. I posted this at a couple
other boards and nothing! :) I hope it's
implantation bleeding, but it just feels
like my period is about to start. Well,
it did earlier, not so much anymore.
Anyone else have any thoughts? Thanks

I had the same thing...Turns out it was
implantation (i didn't know it then).....I
just kept popping midol, then
nothing....So I took a test and whaddya
know??? My symptoms (both times) felt
like I was starting my period....Stay off
the midol till you know.....

I had brown spotting also.. I thought it
was my period coming... It lasted for
about two days.. Later on I took a blood
test and it was positive.. Im now 21
weeks pregnant.. Just dont take anything
to be sure. Good luck
