I would like to ask if I had unprotected sex the night before performing d & c, is there any chance that I will get pregnant for that after d & c?

After a d&c, there is not much lining left. Likewise, if you needed a d&c, you would have significant lining build-up to begin with, and you might even have had the remnants of a blighted ovum or similar, which would suppress ovulation.

So all depending on the reason for the d&c, this is very unlikely.
