Calves - Sitting All Day At Work Posted: 03-18-05 12:52pm
Hi,
i wonder sure where to post this. I have
been diagnosed with runner's knee or
tendonitis of the knee, depending on which
doctor you ask. I drive an hour to and
from work each day. My thigh muscles
have become stronger - I have strengthened
them to help my knee, but my calves are
still weak. Unfortunately, I sit all day
at work, and by the time I get home at
night, I am too tired to exercise. Is
there any way I can prop my feet up or
something like that to help my calves
during the day?
