I was wondering if anyone knows of lupus
and any kind of phobias. I absolutley
can't sleep at night and feel like someone
is watching me. I feel so creeped out
that I constantly look to find that
something but nothing is there. I also
suffer from insomnia, sometimes staying up
til the sun comes up and then sleeping.
I also started to be extremly freaked out
by germs. Cleaning glasses, bowls,
spoons, whatever when i'm at other peoples
houses. And even in my own home I won't
go near anyone who is sick, won't sit
where they sit and won't even use the same
remote. I sit at the bath tub and rinse
until every piece of hair or spec of dirt
is gone before I take a bath. It grosses
me out to eat in public even though I try
to still do these things, i'm going
through it a million times in my head. I
even ask my boyfriend to put the salt or
ketchup on my plate just so I won't have
to touch it. And when in a bathroom, any
bathroom everything freaks me out,
especially the toilet to the point I have
to stand up when I go.
Please help me if anyone can. I've had
lupus since I was 15 in the year 2000
