Stroke Symptoms? Very Worried...=( Posted: 03-22-05 07:49am


Recently (or since a few months ago) i've become very worried for my mother, whos now in her late 40s. She's been complaining of.... -numbness in her left arm, fingers, face, and lips -blurred vision -drowsiness -muscle tension/tightness in her neck (can't move properly) -pain in legs and muscles she has visited the doctors to do scans, but they have not detected anything. :?: does anyone know a disease or illness that has most of these symptoms? She suspects that she could suffer a stroke soon. I would really appreciate your replies! :)

Yes it could be either stroke or heart attack coming up... The symptoms do point in that direction. What were the results of her blood test like? If you can get a copy of it and send it to me.. (i just need the numbers, you can block the names / dates / etc.) I will take a look at it and see if there's anything unusual there that the doc might've overlooked.. J
