Not Sure What's Going On????

I have been using birthcontrol for about four months, and then my husband and I decided that we really wanted a baby. I'm 18, yea I know sounds young, but anyways, we stopped the birthcontrol imediatly and ;) worked on having that baby. Apparently I had forgotten that my period was around this time, so we had, had sex, unprotected about five days till my period just now. I heard with birthcontrol, the possibility of not conceiving for like three months is common...But I also heard if you are fertile that, that wouldn't be much of a problem. When I started my period...Which is going on now...It goes between extremly light, to a little heavy, but not much. We aren't sure what that could mean either...And we really want to know if there is more of a chance of a young 18yr. Whom in research at that age and around it are most fertile, can concieve without birthcontrol causing it to be a three month wait. Or if it's very possible due to the fact had, had unprotectd sex during the most fertile time of the body, about from five days till the day of my period, heh...Twice during that day, then it showed up in the afternoon. I hope this all makes sense...My husband and I just really would love to have a baby, we planned and are ready for it, even have friends that will be giving us a free crib and clothes and everything. We both want to know what the chance is of having the baby within the month on going off the birthcontrol, and maybe what this period could mean, maybe we already concieved?
