I Am New But Can Someone Please Help Me Out Posted: 03-22-05 12:57pm
I am 19 years old. I am still living at
home and the relationship I am in is kind
of complicated. My boy friend and I had
unprotected sex while I was still on my
period. We know that he did not fully
ejaculate, but I am pretty sure the he had
pre-ejaculate. Last month my period was
2 days late and it only last for about 3
days and was very light. This month my
period is 6 days late (as of today). I
am not sure if I am pregnant or not and I
have not had time to go get a pregnancy
test because I do not want any of my
family to find out yet. I have look at
many sites to see what the symptoms are
and I discussed them with my bf and I have
most of the symptoms. The only thing is
I don't have the dsckness yet. Can
someome please help me out!! :?

Ok I wrote yesterday that I didn't get my
period and it was 6 days late, but around
5 pm I got it. At first it was really
light and by the time I woke up it was a
dark red. Does this mean that I am not
pregnant or should I get a test to make
sure that I am or am not pregnant? I am
really worried because both me and my bf
want a baby and I don't wanna be
disappointed. And is it a rare thing
that woman have their period when they are
pregnant? I am just trying to get help
on this because I have no idea about when
you are first pregnant. Can someone
please help me out??????????? Thank you

I would say you aren't pregnant if you got
your period. Is there stress or
something different in your life that may
be causing your period to be irregular?
Were they usually regular?
Sometimes people do get some spotting
while they are pregnant though. I had
some light blood flow for just one day at
the beginning of my pregnancy. Did yours
stop or are you still bleeding?

I still am bleeding. I periods usually
came on time. The only time the didn't
was when I first had sex and it was
totally off. The blleding right now is a
dark red. But it didn't become heavy
until this morning. That is why I am
confused because last month it was light
the whole time.

It isn't really all that abnormal to
occasionally have a light period. I
wouldn't worry about it.
