eat healthy - talk to your doctor
if you have trouble
exercise - long jogs, gym)
be confident - or try to look
confident - see a psychiatrist if you have
trouble with that, thats what they are
there for.
be happy - this is important,
because it really shows on the outside,
and men will think that they will be happy
being with you
do these things and you will look and feel
great, men will start too notice you
more.
Looking clean and well presented helps
too, try not to use too much makeup as
well.
This advice goes for males as well
(im male by the way)
