I found out I have pcos, does anyone know
what type of vitamens I can get and what
else to do so I can ovluate.
Any natual medicane out there for pcos.

i ve been dateing this guy named gary but
he fixed and I want kids and he doesnt
want anymore so I have a year to find mr
right my dr said.
In mean time what I can do naturely to
help me ovluate?
My dr put me back on the pill to give
normal periods but I have 1 year being on
the pill and then there going induce
ovluation...
