Q: Ultrasound & Gender Question

I had my 2nd u/s yesterday. I am 28 weeks 4 days today. I was unable to find out the sex at my 19 week u/s due to position. This time wasn't much better. We could see the bum,and the legs were together. If it was a boy do you think we would of still noticed something even with the legs together?? I am really curious. I hate buying the greens/yellows.. Shopping is so horrible. I want to be able to buy at least one outfit for the coming home that is not unisex. :?

Even if the legs are closed it's still very hard to tell if it's a boy or girl. Just cause their smaller than you think. So I would hold off and mabye try seeing if you can get another u/s to find out the sex. Most drs will only do one, but it's worth a try. :)

Yes I Bet That Is Crazy
I know that is really frustrating. When my cousin got pregnant her baby was always facing away the from the doctor but they told her she was having a boy but then she had the baby and had a girl. So she had to take all she bought back and redecorate the nursery. At this point I think the only way they can really be sure is if you get lucky and get a baby that wants them to know. I hope you get another chance for an u/s because if I can't find out it would drive me crazy because I am very fashion conscious and can't stand buying a lot of greens/ yellows and I don't like it for my kids to be sitting around in t-shirts and sleepers. So I wish you the best.

Once the baby comes there will be lots of time to buy blues or pinks. Do you have another u/s? I dont know what I am carrying either, but I want to know now and its too late. I dont get another ultrasound. Good luck on finding out the sex. :)
