I heard a rumour that if you dunk your
testicles in a cup of cold water every so
often increases for sperm fertility.
Something to do with your testcles being
below your average body heat helps produce
more sperm.
Is this true?

I would think that it would depend on how
cold cold is. If it's too cold it could
be counter productive to fertility.

It is true that sperm is produces at a
temperature lower then body temp.
However that is why it hangs in the
scrotum and now inside you like your lungs
and heart.
