I Hate My Sleeping Pattern Posted: 03-25-05 12:36pm
my work involves intense mental activity
and stays at home. And I have to sleep
twice.. At night and after brunch. I
am worried in case I get a 9 to 5 job..
If I tries to be awake without sleeping
mid day nap, my brain is in the status of
painful and blank, and cannot carry on
working or mental activity is extremely
difficult ..Is there anybody having the
same symptom with me? And know any
remedy? At the moment, I can manage
this routine but I am sure it will affect
me in the marriage and more likely in my
future job. Do I have to have a timely
flexible job? Or it there any solution
for it? It seems quite unusual, and
nobody takes it seriously but me..

Sounds like you gotten gotten into a
pattern that your body and mind do not
want to get out of anytime soon. I dont
think you would have a problem changing
the routine if you actually had too. Try
excercising instead of taking a nap, just
a short walk can help offset the nap.
