shakiness and feeling heartbeat Posted: 03-25-05 14:31pm
I want to know if anyone could help me
out. I feel like I cannot relax anymore.
Even when I am laying down to sleep or
while waking up. I feel like I can feel
my heart beating through my whole body
when I am at rest. I also feel very shaky
all the time. Does this sound familiar to
anyone?

Sounds like an anxiety or panic attack to
me. I get really anxious a lot too.
Maybe you should see a Dr. I havent seen
a Dr. About this, but I should. I'm just
too sacred to go. If you find any
remedies, let me know :)

Actually that reminds me of the time my
doctor put me on some sort of medication.
(i cant remember what for anymore) I
remember I had a horrible reaction to the
medication. I couldnt relax, my body was
always so tense, I always had to be
pacing, and it seemed to make me have
anxiety problems. So, my question is, are
you on any medications? How long have you
been on them?
Hope this helps

Coming from a first-aider... You could be
experiencing anxiety... But when ur
sleeping.. It sounds weird.. And hearing
ur heartbeat and all that u've mentioned
also sounds like low blood pressure to
me... I generally have low blood
pressure... Hypotension... I can hear my
heartbeat sometimes.. And feel like I
can't sit still and feel weak... But
yea.. It could be bp problems. Hope this
helps =)
