a Few Issues About Sleeping Posted: 03-27-05 06:31am
Hello, new here and need help! For a few
years now I have been facing some issues
related to sleep. First off, I find a
sleeping pattern very hard to obtain.
Even if I go to bed early, no matter how
tired I am, I tend to wake up around
4:00am and I am unable to fall back to
sleep until it is time to wake up. I
have read this is a sign of insomnia, but
not sure. Not sure of any cures or help
on this one, as it does not affect me
every single night - but once or twice per
week.
Secondly, and more importantly, I can not
remember a morning where I woke up not
feeling sick. My mouth is completely
dry, my throat hurts, and my stomach feels
nausiated for a few hours. I am
currently trying to stick with a diet, and
I find it very hard to eat in the morning.
I can not eat more than a banana without
feeling sick. Also, lately I have
noticed the top of my throat is actually
starting to hurt. I can press on it with
my tongue, and it feels sore and or
bruised.
Does anyone have any information or
suggestions? I plan on going in to see
my family doctor soon, but would like to
know more before I do.
Thanks :d

It could be sleep apnia
'http://www.Sleep-apnia.Net/sleep_apnia.Ht
ml'
my step dad had similar problems with
occasionally waking up real early for no
apparent reason..Always nauseas, sore
throat, etc...
My mom actually watched him while he slept
a few times and said he stopped breathing,
and after she nudged him or said
something, he started grasping vigorously
for air...Thats what causes the sore
throat. Anyway...See your doctor about
it...
Its kindof a pain, but he sleeps with a
breathing mask now, and he hasnt had a
problem since
check it out
