Help a Poor Kid With Asthma Posted: 03-27-05 10:01am
Hi, my niece is only 2 years old and got
caught by asthma. She suffered badly.
Her iga is below the normal range. Some
doctors suggest to co-administrate bcg and
pidotimod ( a quite new immunoboost drug
made in italy), but they don't know lot
about pidotimod. Has anybody known how
the drug works and any possible side
effects of it? How about the
co-administration of the bcg and
pidotimod? Thanks very much

I couldn't find very much in terms of how
the drug works or any side effects, but I
did see that it was commonly paired with
bcg.
You should ask your doctor about any
questions concerning the medications
given.
