Does anybody know any good exercises that
give your butt a good lift? I workout
alot and all it seems to be doing is
getting smaller, but it is the shape I am
more concerned with.

Pelvic Thrusts!!! Posted: 11-05-03 18:31pm
Ok, i'm an at home exercise freak, and I
love to make up my own workouts. What
really works for me are pelvic thrusts. I
don't know if you know what they are, but
here i'll explain anyway. Lie on your
back with your knees bent, and your hands
on the floor beside you, palms facing
down. Then using your arms and legs, lift
you but of the ground, and squeeze your
butt muscles as you come up. Hold for
like a count of three, and then return to
your starting position slowly. Do like 3
sets of 20, you'll be feeling that in the
morning. Good luck, let me know if it
works. :d

Also you could always do squats, to make
that more challenging hold weights while
you are squatting. *remember do not let
your knees go over your toes, it will
cause injury. Like ashy said, do your
exercises slowly, the slower, the better
workout you will get. Try and count for
at least 3 seconds going down and at least
4 coming back up!! Good luck!
