I'm sorry i'm only 17 and a male.
The reason ya wont be losing weight,
anyone for that fact, by just dieting as
that is removing, lets say, 1/4 of what
your body needs, so your body stores up on
what your 'cutting' from your diet, so
that goes to fat.
To lose weight, ya gotta cut the bad food
from yer diet, eat mroe healthy and
excerise-thats the big factor.
Throwing up is bad, because when you do
eat food and don't throw it up it will go
straight to fat and then chances are,
you'll feel worse-this becomes a rather
bleak downwards spiral.
Please don't do this to yourself.

Older Women With Eating Disorders Posted: 04-15-05 23:05pm
Hi, i'm 42 years old and recovering from a
long battle with anorexia. For us older
women, eating disorders are even more
harmful & deadly, because our bodies
can't take as much abuse.
On young girls you can hardly see the
effects sometimes, but I had a few friends
that died when they were in their 30's
from heart failure because of bulimia.
It's not the answer to weight loss,
believe me!
Even if you don't die, you may end up like
another friend of mine - age 47 - has to
use a walker to get around becuase her
bones are so breakable, has hardly any
teeth & has also lost alot of her
hair. She looks & feels horrible, is
in & out of hospitals, & even when
she finally starts eating right it's too
late. Her body is ruined.
