Q: to Early For Signs of Pregnancy ???

Been trying to have a baby for the last four months. We are so excited. I would have ovulated around the 19 of march. But since the 23 of march i've been have like hot flashes and feeling sick. Is to early to have signs? Could it be a sign of twins starting so early in sickness. :?:
