has your friend reported her step father?
I cannot believe that her mother is blaming her she has in no way done anything wrong and as her friend you need to keep telling her that.
I think that her main priority is to get that baby away from that enviroment and make sure she and her baby are safe life have housing and hostels that were bought for just this type of scenario I havent got the contact details at hand but I will post them later for you to pass on to her.
They will also provide everything she need for her and her baby.
Can I ask where abouts you are?
I think at the moment all you can do is support your friend as much as you can maybe even have a word with your own parents and see if they can help getting in touch with the relevant organisations your friend and her baby really need to get out of their current enviroment.
