No.. What your period does is flush out your system and renew the lining of the uterus.. If a fella came inside before that it would all be gone by the end of your period

I had sex and then 3 days later I got my period but I only had it for 3.5 days and it was extreamly light. This was really strange because I usually get it for 6-7 days. Now I am 2 weeks late for my period. This past week has been a bit weird because I have been getting head aches, stomach has become very firm, breast are very sore and tender and i've been really tired. Could this mean I am pregnant?? I know people and have heard of a lot of people that have had their period and been pregnant. Should I take a pregnancy test just incase??

I have question for you i'm really confused about all this and I don't know if this is something I should worry about or not.. Ok I had protected sex with my ex on the 17 of dec I started my period on dec. 19.. I had unprotected sex on the 19 and the 20 with my current b/f he came in me... I didn't have sex agian until dec. 31 jan 1 and jan2. On jan 14 I found out I was pregnant. My dr told me I most likley concieved on dec. 31 I was ovulating then.. Ok well then I had an ultra sound on feb. 15 and it said the baby was 7 weeks and 6 days which when icount back it lands on den 21 when I was still on my period.. So that confused me... I go in on april 28 for an ultra sound where they will do everything like measure the baby and all that.. Do you think that wil help.. Cuz the one on the feb.15 she was just letting me see the babies hear beat and then asked if I wanted apic.. And thats what it said on the pic. So I just want to know what do you think is the chances of me getting pregnant on the 17th of dec. By my ex b/f... Should I worry i'm really scared b/c my b/f now is already so excited.. I just don't know if there is a chance or not what do you think? And what would you do? Thank you so much

Because I know the date of my conception and the date of my last period.... I got pregnant at like midnight-1 am then recieved my period later that day and went thru a full weeks period... That first post is totally false! Yes, your period flushes out your system, but if he came in you and the next day you start your period, you are flushing out the things you collected in your system throughout the previous month. You can get pregnant at any time during the month, including the day before, during and the day after your period. Anyone who tells you any differently isn't informed correctly.
So, if he came in you today and you got your period tomorrow, if you start ovulating right after your period and somehow some sperm was still in your system, you could get pregnant.

If you used a condom then they aren't very high, hun. It all depends on when you ovulate, and every woman is different. I just get so frustrated when people say you can't get pregnant during your period, right before it, right after it, when you don't orgasm, etc. Because that is all untrue and it leads people to get pregnant.

ok well I just had my ultra sound on the 28th of april and the baby measured at 19 weeks and 4 days.. I had my last period on dec. 19th and I believe I concieved on dec. 31... So if I concieved on dec. 31 wouldn't the baby have measured around 17 weeks.. I'm confused.. I was told everything goes by your last period.. So basically do they add about 2 weeks to everything...

no praobally it's ok... I just dont' know if I should be woring about it. So I try and get advise from people who have been pregnant and don't know me that way I won't feel like there holding back b/c they think thats whati want to hear....So far everything indicates that my b/f is the father I just still worry about it... I try not to but i'm just scared..
