Hello. I am new her to the forum. I recently (today) bought some vitamins from gnc and had a question. Personally I am not a real good pill taker. I can take them but not huge ones. Would if mess up the effects of the vitamins by cutting them in half and then taking them. I am taking gnc: mega men time released vitamins. Thank you for your help
