Hey,
let me start off by describing myself.
Well, I want to gain like 10 -20 pound,
currently 140 and 6 feet tall.
- chinese
- have fast metabolism
- been a vegetarian for 4 years (fish is
meat) can eat egg and drink milk
- work out 2-3 time a week
- been eating weight gain product (mammoth
2500) for like 1 year but only eat it once
or twice a week
i dont know if because I am chinese
(chinese have a small body mass than white
and black) and vegetarian it is affecting
me to gain any amount of weight. I been
140 for like 3 years.
And wondering if some1 can point me in the
right direction to gaining weight safety
and without resorting to eating meet.

You can gain wegiht by not excersing but
eating mostly starch. Ceral and milk.
