I have had a terrible taste in my mouth
for several weeks. 2 weeks ago I looked
in my mouth and noticed that my tounsils
were red as well as my uvula. The taste
often is like an aftertaste "taste". I
have been on nasonex and clarenex for 1
week along with augmentin. The first time
the doctor prescribed only nalex or
coldex. I would not know I had anything
wrong with my throat except for the taste.
I smoke less than a pack a day and am
trying to quit. I have always had
sinus/allergy problems all my life and
last year, I had an ear tube put in the
right ear and my adenoids removed. That
is strange for a 36 year old but all tests
have come back fine. One other thing of
note is the tube is now inserted sideways
in the ear.
