For All the People That Think They May Be Pregnant!

I dont mean to sound rude, but we are not doctors!! The only thing that is going to let you know if you are pregnant is 1) a home pregnancy test (something that you should take before asking if you are pregnant) 2) a doctors blood test or 3) an ultrasound. The women on this forum cant tell you if you are pregnant because we were not there when the incident happened and we just like you are, normal people! Someone could be having completley unprotected sex and not get pregnant and someone who is having sex with birth control and condoms could possibly get pregnant! There is no ryme or reason to it, so no we dont know if you could be pregnant! If you have a question like, what does a fadded line on a hpt mean? Or what are the symptoms of pregnancy? I think we can help with that, but that is only because it is something that we ourselves have experienced!!!!!!

Thats all people seem to talk about in this forum, take a test or go to the doctors. Every women is differnet and experiences different symptoms. I miss people talking about their pregnancies in a good way. How excited they are, its kind of disappointing.

people that are asking questions are not necessarily asking for you to answer whether they are pregnant or not. Some people are just looking for someone to talk to. Some of these woman have been trying to conceive for years and have had no success, but to keep positive they like to speak to other woman whom are pregnant. If you dont want to give advice to woman asking questions about their situtation then dont, but dont make them feel like they shouldnt ask us about our experiences. No were not doctors but we sure can be a good friend. :d

Well I am not saying that we cant be here for others who may be having a difficult time ttc but we cant tell them yes you are pregnant until they take the test. I am totally here for anyone who wants to talk and needs support but they have to take the first step, and if they are not having any success ttc then they maybe need to look at other options that envolve medical experts. I know ttc and just waiting to see if you are pregnant can be very frustrating but sometimes these things do take time and faith.

I am not talking about those women, I know the women that have been ttc. I am talking about the girls that come on her and say me and my boyfriend had sex and the rubber broke, am I pregnant? And for those girls im not saying that I cant give them emotional support but there is no way in h**** that I am going to know if they are pregnant better than they can. They know their bodies and if they sense something is different then I would suggest going to the doc, or taking a hpt but asking people who dont even know your real name is not going to help you!

i guess I got the wrong impression, I appologise, but I dont want anyone in the forum to feel like they cant ask us questions. Obviously we are not able to detect whether someone is pregnant or not, but we sure can be a good support group for them :d

When reading the original posted message I wasn't going to reply. However, after reading further through I have chose to read. I myself have posted on here two different times. One to get symptoms of a miscarriage, and peoples opions on if I was having one or not b/c at the time I did not have health insurance, and where I live we don't have absolute free clincs, and I had just been laid off, therefore my money was tight. The second time I posted a topic on here was because I had taken pregnancy test, after pregnancy test, and wanted another persons perspective because each pregnancy test had shown negative. I was afraid to go to the dr at the time I took the test because I was afraid of the results. Keep in mind this is a pregnancy forum, where we all come to discuss our fears, our joys, and our sorrows about pregnancy. Those that write perhaps write for comfort not for knowledge.
