Be patient, exercise, try to talk to a nutritionist, don't allow your system to get down too low. You might have some weight gain with exercise due to muscle. Be good to your body!

Sincerely,
sandy

Hey. Its not healthy to go on a liquid diet because you're body needs nutrients. Maybe..If you make healthy shakes w/ alot of vitamins from fruits and vegatables it would be okay...Try carrot juice mixed w/ orange juice..But don't try to live by hot chocolate..Or ...Anything like that. It definately is not healthy at all.

Not only is it not healthy, but i'm sorry to tell you, you're not losing fat, you're losing water weight, then muscle mass. Losing your muscle mass means less calories are being burned which means as soon as you eat something, anything, your body will break it down very, very slowly. Which ultimately will make you gain weight if you ever want to eat normally again.

I lost weight skipping meals. I know that is not healthy, and I don't do it anymore, and I don't push it onto people, but if you're going to do something drastic, atleast eat something, and make sure your calories count. (ex: if you're going to eat 200 calories, eat something nutrient dense like nuts, or enriched oatmeal or cereal, instead of a candy bar or chips.)
