Hey guys, i'm 17 and almost 35 weeks
pregnant come friday.Everythings been
going good so far except for me getting
along with the baby's dad.Right now I
don't want him around due to some issues
that we still have to discuss.I cant' wait
to have him, i've made up my mind and
decided that I dont' want him in the room
while i'm having the baby due to me
feeling uncomfortable .
I don't feel that i'm wrong about that I
have that right.I just wanted to know what
everyone else thought about that. May be
i'll change my mind when the time comes
who knows.

First off welcome to the boards, hope
everyone here can help you in some way,
the girls here are great! :d back to
your question thingy. Lots of people dont
have their boyfriends, husbands, fiancees
whatever they are to you, in the delivery
room during labour its no big deal and im
sure he'll understand it. Good luck

When I had my son I had to choose between
my mother and my boyfriend in the room
snce I had a csection and I chose my
boyfriend, I personally think that having
your boyfriend there to share the
experience is important. He wanted to be
involved and I wanted him to be involved.
That creates a bond from the beginning..
When you have a normal labor the daddy can
cut the cord....

Hey welcome the that boards aj!
My sis didnt have daniel in the room
because she didnt like him, so me and my
mom were in there, it was a great
experience and we loved that she chose us.
It meant alot. Im having all of them
when I have a baby. So thats like 7
peolple in the room! They told me they
have to be in there so I said fine. I
think most important is family over a
boyfriend because it would depend if hes
gonna be with you or not. Its up to you
though.
