Whenever I have even small amounts of any
type of alcohol...Wine, beer, vodka, I get
a horribly painful headache within ten
minutes. My face doesn't really turn
red, though my eyes sort of do from the
headache... I'm not asian so I don't
think its asian flush. Also I never had
this problem until I turned 16 which is
strange, and I used to love drinking. At
least I won't be an alcoholic now...
Am I simply allergic to alcohol? Since
my reaction happens to any type of alcohol
it can't be something like sulphites in
wine that so many people complain of.

Yes, you might be allergic to alchohol.
My husband has a slight allergic reaction.

I have allergies. Sometimes when I drink
beer I get a runny noses at bar that or
maybe its the second hand smoke

I think I might have a reaction as well.
When I drink, I get all hot and my face
turns red. People think its just that I
am blushing because I am embarassed but I
dont know. What do you think?
