Hello! My name is kate heck and I am a student at dickinson college in carlisle pa. My grandmother has hypertension and due to that I have become interested in the topic. Some fellow students and I are conducting research on people who have hypertension. It would be really helpful to us if you could take a few minutes to complete the survey.
