I walk a awful lot cause I dont have a car Some times its raining and some times its too hot I get really sick and feel nauseia and I couldn't eat or keep any thing down. Is this a lasting effect or can I take some thing for it. Also If you have your wisdom teeth pulled will the other teeth move into the extracton sights. And A home remedy for migrains? Very Happy

I agree with ihileman 100%. When I was pregnant with my first daughter I had gestational diabetes so my doctor told me I should exercise regularly and strongly recommended walking more than anything else. I walked the tread mill daily and my labor seemed to be very easy. My doctor said it has something to do with strengthening the muscles needed to push.

Good luck!
