:?: hi. I have a little anemia (lack of
iron)..My doc told me to eat lots of
greens but i've had a problem every since
childhood. I hate vegetables. I'm a
college student now, so i've gone a very
long time eating unhealthily and I want to
be healthy now!! I've been taking
centrum silver for a couple months now..Is
this brand good? Anyone know?

Centrum is a very well accepted brand name
along with brands like one-a-day and most
store lable multivitamins.
You proabably need to continue with the
daily vitamin supplement along with the
effort to try and eat vegetables. I am
not a huge fan of the dark green ones
either but I will eat cabbage and spinach.
Living in the south, many folks here eat
collard greens and turnip greens and those
remind me of chewing on tree bark.

If you are anemic as I was, I learned that
centrum silver doesn't have iron in them
and you should just take the regular
centrum which does. I was anemic and that
is what I took and it worked out fine for
me. :)
