Is This An Ok Time During the Day to Take Bc? Posted: 04-07-05 09:27am
I am about to start taking bc pills for
the first time and I keep reading that
taking them the same time everyday is the
best. So I decided when I start taking
them in a week I think im going to take
them every night before I go to bed is
that a good idea because I really dont go
to bed the same time everynight so what do
you guys think??

Thats what I do, but since I usually dont
go to bed at the same time, i've started
setting my cell phone alarm. It helps a
lot! Good luck

I take them before bed too. I tried
taking them in the morning once, but got
all screwed up because I sleep a lot later
on weekends than on weekdays. I try to
take them as close to the same time
everyday, but sometimes it's a couple
hours later than other days. Just don't
forget all together and you'll be ok.
