If a woman had sexual intercourse 10 days
after the start of her period can she be
pregnant? Her cycle is 28 days and is
regular.

Yes, a women can get pregnant at any point
in her cycle, but her chances would be
higher 10 days after the start of her
period, because she would be ovulating
around then
