anyone out there know if it is possible to
have a perfectly clear non contrast mri
and then have the gadolinium injection and
have lessions show up? I ask cause my doc
told me to get mri without and one with
contrast to rule out ms..I only did the
one with out constast as I didnt want to
get injected with die. ...He looked at
the mri without constrast and said he sees
nothing that would warrant me to have the
mri with contrast...As the purpose of
contrast is to light up active lessions
and since there are none to light up he
says dont worry about the
contrast....Please let me know what you
