My advice is to stay away from anxiety
pills because you may become dependent on
them if you have anxiety problems. Keep
researching balimea and try to figure out
what it is you can do to help it. I
experience anxiety too, and you have to
realize that you're really the only person
that can help yourself. Take some time to
sit down every night and study your mind.
Figure out what it is that bothers you and
think about how rational those things can
be. I'm finding it's helping me out.
Also, drink lots of water and laugh as
much as possible. Two best medicines!

That was classic, breath123... And to
victoria, you need to see your doctor and
get on something for depression and
anxiety. It's better to be a junkie and
at least somewhat happy than let yourself
go through personality disentegration.
Also you should force yourself to work out
and follow a balanced diet before going to
far with bulemia. Bulemia just makes you
lose your hair, and your teeth rot away,
and you are gonna be far more depressed
while bulemic. You get dehydrated over
and over again and will have worse mood
swings as a result. And if you're too
anxious to hit the gym, buy an exercise
bike. You sound like you need something
to bring you a little up while bringing
you down.

Losing a baby, it's natural to be
depressed, but my advice is go see a
counsellor at your community. Talk to
your close friends or family about your
situation.
