One of my best friends thinks she might be
pregnant. She is 14, and in the 9th
grade. Her and her boyfriend had
unprotected sex, becuase she is on birth
control and, and he said it would be
alright if it was unprotected, but she had
only been on the birth control for 1 day.
She went to a pregnancy center to get the
birth control. Now she thinks she's
pregnant. She has bad stomach pains, and
is 5 days late for her period.I bought her
a pregnancy test today, and since we have
off of school for 2 days, and she is
grounded we are going to do it on monday
at school. What should I do, please help
me and give me idea's to help her.Please

Hi 1234,
your friend would need to be on birth
control pills for at least 2 weeks to be
protected. Although she has been
responsible in attempting to protect
herself, she has had intercourse a little
too early. The pill doesn't protect her
from contracting std's (sexually
transmitted diseases) either, she needs to
be using condoms and birth control pills
or she is at risk of contracting aids,
herpes, genital warts and a multitude of
other diseases. The stomach pains she is
having could be because she is late for
her period. Stress will delay a period,
so try and get her to relax so that her
period will come. She is very lucky to
have a wonderful friend like you to buy
her a pregnancy test, good luck with the
test and I hope it all works out.

Not to take the pill anymore, because it
was not effective when she had sex, she is
probably preg. She should tell her mom,
and take the test with her...Her mom will
make sure that it is done correctly. If
she is she still needs to tell her mom
anyway.

Hey everybody..
Its emily on monday at school..I gave her
the test..After gym we checked the test,
and it said she wasnt preg.
She was so0o0o0o0 happy..Thanxz to

Dont be too excited, somtimes tests are
innacurate sometimes. And they can be
negative and its false. You never know.
Just hope it was right. Make sure she
stays on her bc.
