Hi,

i'm new here.. Anyway, my dillema is this: my husband and I have been trying to conceive for a few months now. My problem is I need to regularly exercise/work out so that I don't gain weight. Is this hurting my chances of conceiving?

No it's not. Actually working out is a good thing to help during labor. Once you are pregnant though make sure that you're not over working yourself, cause that can cause you to harm your child. I would do the owrking out hwo you are now, but once you get pregnant I would highly suggest getting some work outs that you can do while pregnant.
